Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and repair right the first time.
• Excellent attention to detail and safety-conscious workmanship.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Panel and structural work brought back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with perfect fit and finish.
