Job summary

Caliber, located in Denison, TX, is seeking a skilled collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repairs, frame and panel work, and precise reassembly, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front-office staff to move cars through efficiently.

Qualifications

At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
Frame and structural knowledge to pull, straighten, and square up.
Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
Attention to detail with tightened bolts and finished welds.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
Full collision repair from minor to major frame rebuilds.
Panel and structural work to factory specs.
Quality reassembly with fit and finish emphasis.
Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Maintain clean, safe work area and surroundings.
