Caliber Collision in Little Elm, TX is seeking experienced auto body technicians to repair collisions from fender benders to frame rebuilds. You will blueprint, straighten, and restore vehicles with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality — blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail ensuring tightened bolts, precise welds and quality finishes.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to return to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
