Job summary

Caliber Collision Overland is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will perform precise repairs, frame straightening, and structural work to return vehicles to factory specifications.

You will blueprint, weld, and reassemble components with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. A team-first attitude and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential for daily success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides
• Frame and structural know-how - pull, straighten, and square it up
• No-shortcuts mentality - blueprint it and fix it right the first time
• Sharp eye for detail - tightened bolts, perfected welds
• Physically fit for the job - lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no guesswork
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds
• Handle panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish with care
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
