Job Description

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition, ensuring quality and timeliness. The role involves disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles, working collaboratively to meet KPIs and uphold our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
2. Plan repair work and prepare estimates; use various tools for repairs.
3. Repair dents, realign chassis, replace damaged parts, and repaint vehicles as needed.
4. Complete work within labor guidelines and inspect vehicles post-repair.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work independently.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair methods and tool usage.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to work safely in noisy, odorous environments.
• Lift up to 30 pounds; perform inspections in various weather conditions.
• Physical flexibility to bend, kneel, and stretch.
