Job Description

Aircraft Mechanics play an essential role in our business. You will troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft, often working directly with clients to help find solutions.

  • Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft
  • Perform and document work per manuals and regulations
  • Adhere to General Work Requirements for factory, shop, or hangar positions
  • Comply with Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Participate in 5-S activities
  • Perform work safely and efficiently
  • Operate ground support equipment as required
  • Perform mechanical/electrical removals and installations
  • Assist with off-site maintenance as needed
  • Support other maintenance disciplines as needed
  • Assist with fueling or defueling aircraft
  • Support engine removal and installation
  • Assist with aircraft component repairs
Additional Information
  • All information will be kept confidential per EEO guidelines.
  • MUST be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
Qualifications
  • Hold an A & P license
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience on aircraft, fixed wing, rotary, or military aircraft
  • Business aircraft experience (Preferred)
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings
  • Effective communication skills in English, written and verbal
  • Own basic hand tools and manage tool inventory
  • Obtain Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as needed
  • Ability to work overtime, including holidays and non-scheduled days
  • Ability to work outdoors in seasonal/inclement weather
  • Basic PC skills
  • Ability to obtain SIDA badge if applicable
