Job summary

Caliber Service Center in Gallatin, TN is seeking an experienced auto body technician. If you can blueprint and execute precise repairs—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—you’ll join a team that values quality, safety, and efficiency.

With at least two years of collision repair experience, frame/structural know-how, and a team-first attitude, you’ll work alongside painters, estimators, and front-office staff.

Qualifications

At least two years of collision repair experience and frame work.
Ability to blueprint, pull, straighten, and square parts to factory specs.
Commitment to precise, high-quality repairs with no shortcuts.
Attention to detail and safe, clean work habits.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.
Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute precise repairs for collision damage.
Handle full collision repair, from minor to frame rebuilds.
Perform panel and structural work as needed.
Ensure fit and finish with quality reassembly.
Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
