Job summary

Collision Specialists Inc. in Austin, MN is seeking a Collision Repair Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will work with body and frame repairs, welding, finishing, and alignment to ensure safety and quality on each vehicle.

The ideal candidate has prior collision repair experience and understands industry standards. This role offers a Monday–Thursday schedule with a focus on work-life balance and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Collision Repair Technician.
• Knowledge of automotive repair techniques and technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license; certifications or training in collision repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and determine repair requirements.
• Repair vehicle bodies and frames according to industry standards.
• Perform body filler and welding to repair damaged parts.
• Replace and align damaged structural components.
• Restore vehicle appearance by applying paint and finishes.
• Ensure all repaired vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
