Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in collision repair or refinishing.
• Proficient in aluminum, steel, and structural repair.
• I-CAR/ASE certifications preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Have a positive attitude
• Perform complete body and structural repairs on a variety of vehicles, including aluminum and steel.
• Conduct vehicle tear‑downs, damage assessments, and reassembly.
• Prep and refinish vehicles to OEM or higher standards.
• Follow manufacturer repair guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with estimators, painters, and management to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform other related duties to ensure effective and efficient repairs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in collision repair, body work, or refinishing.
• Proficiency in aluminum, steel, and structural repair techniques.
• I‑CAR or ASE certifications preferred (not required but a plus).
• Strong understanding of repair procedures and materials.
• Ability & understanding operation of frame machines, welders, and refinishing tools safely.
• Detail‑oriented with pride in craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
