Responsibilities

• Use welding and metalworking tools to repair or replace structural components.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and applying fillers or primers.
• Mix and apply automotive paint to match original factory colors and finishes.
• Align frames and suspension components to manufacturer specifications.
• Reassemble repaired vehicles and install exterior trim, glass, and body accessories.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and labor hours.
• Follow all workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with estimators and service advisors to ensure accurate repair plans and timelines.

• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy components on a regular basis
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• I-CAR or ASE certification is preferred but not required
