Job summary

Bergstrom Automotive is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician for our Appleton location to perform high-quality repairs on body and structural components, restoring them to factory specifications.

You will use advanced diagnostic tools, perform welding, straightening, sanding, painting, and refinishing, and collaborate with estimators and insurance adjusters to ensure accurate repairs while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a body shop technician with collision repair skills.
• Certifications such as I-CAR or ASE are highly preferred.
• Accurate welding and measuring systems proficiency.
• Detail-oriented and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs on vehicle body and structural components.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to assess damage and determine repairs.
• Conduct welding, straightening, sanding, painting, and refinishing work.
