Responsibilities

• Assist the Auto Body Manager in coordinating and supervising shop operations.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely and quality vehicle repairs and refinishing.
• Provide leadership and training to shop staff; manage performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and company policies.
• Work with customers to address concerns and guarantee satisfaction.
• Order parts and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors and insurance companies for repair approvals and payments.
