Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontline supervisory experience in automotive or related settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing production priorities in fast-paced operations.
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and quality standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily body shop operations, staffing, and production schedules.
• Monitor repair quality, productivity, and progress to meet manufacturer specifications and warranty requirements.
• Review repair estimates, conduct quality audits, and coordinate with operations, quality, and other departments to maintain efficient vehicle flow.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates on repair status and project progress.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and company standards.
• Maintain body shop facilities, equipment, and tools to support safe and efficient operations.
• Lead employee training, coaching, performance development, and certification tracking.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
