• 1–3 years in auto body or quality control preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
• Ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Frequent standing, walking, and manual tasks; ability to lift 1–15 pounds.
• Color vision and depth perception required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct final quality inspections on all completed body and paint repairs prior to vehicle delivery.
• Verify all repairs meet company quality standards, OEM specifications, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
• Inspect body repairs for proper alignment, fit, and workmanship finish.
• Evaluate paint work for color match, texture, gloss, and defects.
• Document inspection findings and communicate to technicians and shop leadership.
• Maintain quality control records and inspection reports.
• Collaborate with technicians and management to resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework and improve first-time quality.
• Participate in quality review walks to ensure consistent standards across repairs.
• Report trends related to workmanship, materials, equipment, or process deficiencies.
