Responsibilities

• Meet with customers at vehicle drop-off and conduct a thorough check-in.
• Document primary concerns, vehicle condition, and requested repairs accurately.
• Capture a customer quality rating at drop-off and communicate expectations clearly.
• Perform a detailed final inspection of every completed vehicle.
• Verify repairs meet quality standards before delivery to the customer.
• Identify outstanding issues and coordinate with technicians to resolve them.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, complete, and ready for delivery.
