Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise an Inspection Center team, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. You will coach staff, manage workflows, and uphold Carvana’s values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated understanding of reconditioning processes and lean principles.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to multitask and work overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of the Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly inventory production targets.
• Oversee and coach assigned team; identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Communicate expectations, performance measures, and goals clearly to the team.
• Train production associates using Quality Control standards to minimize rework.
