Job summary

The Parts Coordinator at VIVE Collision is responsible for ordering, receiving, processing, shop distribution quality checking, and monitoring parts throughout the repair process. You will work closely with the General Manager, Estimators, and Technicians to resolve parts-related issues.

Qualifications

• Experience working at a collision repair center in a parts capacity.
• Knowledge of CCC ONE estimating software is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Order parts from vendors and dealerships based on estimates and supplements.
• Communicate with estimators regarding part availability, delivery, delays, etc.
• Return incorrect parts immediately to vendors.
• Monitor deliveries and track parts status; communicate with vendors as needed.
• Drive parts-related KPI’s.
• Mirror match part orders to corresponding repair orders.
• Inspect and check in parts; identify damage upon delivery.
• All other duties assigned.
