Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a dedicated team member to support body shop operations in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves assisting the lead technician with teardown, removing damaged parts, and helping install components for collision repairs.

The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and effectively following instructions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing MSO.

Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours a week.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for long periods and position or move self to fix/repair over and under vehicles.
• Ability to effectively communicate and take direction from superiors.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead body tech with 100% tear down.
• Remove damaged components and assist in evaluation of damages.
• Assist with installation of new parts.
• Organize parts for repair orders.
• Assist with light body work.
