Job summary

Billion Automotive in Sioux City, IA is seeking a Body Shop Service Advisor/Estimator to join our Collision/Repair Team. You will assess damaged vehicles, prepare detailed estimates, and explain costs to customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in estimating or body shop preferred.
• Ability to manage high-volume workload.
• Familiarity with CCC Pathways or CCC One is a plus.
• Strong communication with insurance companies and customers.

Responsibilities

• Estimate repair costs based on vehicle inspection.
• Liaise with insurance companies to manage claims.
• Enter itemized estimates on job orders and explain to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
