Job summary

B Street Collision Center, family-owned since 1978 with 16 locations, is looking for a Detailer to join our team-based repair process and contribute to the Wow factor in every vehicle. You’ll wash exteriors, vacuum interiors, and perform final quality checks while lifting and moving parts up to 50 pounds.

A valid driver’s license is required and buffing experience is a plus. Work Mon-Fri from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM in a supportive environment that values training, internal growth, and long-term

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced shop.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to learn new skills and assist the team.

Responsibilities

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail impacts the process.
• Wash exterior of vehicle and vacuum/clean interior.
• Buffing experience preferred but not required.
• Complete final quality checks and deliver a 'Wow' factor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist the team and learn new skills.
• Follow Monday–Friday 6:45AM–5:00PM schedule.
• Lift, squat, kneel, bend and handle car parts over 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Multitask, prioritize, and adapt to various makes/models.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail makes a visible impact to the process.
• Ability to wash exterior of vehicle as well as vacuum and clean interior of vehicle
• Buffing experienced preferred but not required
• Complete final quality checks and take pride in your work to give each customer that "Wow" factor in every vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Assist the team with various tasks and be ready and open to learn new skills
• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• You must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models
• Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude
