Job summary

B Street Collision Center in Overland Park is seeking a Detailer to contribute to a fast-paced, team-based repair process. You will wash exteriors, vacuum and clean interiors, and ensure final quality checks that give customers that WOW factor.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a valid driver's license. Buffing is preferred but not required, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a clean, organized shop environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must wash exterior, vacuum and clean interior of vehicle.
• Buffing experience preferred but not required.
• Complete final quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Able to lift and handle car parts over 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to multitask and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models.

Responsibilities

• Detail vehicles to give each customer that ‘Wow’ factor.
• Support the repair team with various tasks and learn new skills.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Adhere to a Monday–Friday 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.
• Contribute to quality checks and defect reporting as needed.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail makes a visible impact to the process.
• Ability to wash exterior of vehicle as well as vacuum and clean interior of vehicle
• Buffing experienced preferred but not required
• Complete final quality checks and take pride in your work to give each customer that "Wow" factor in every vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Assist the team with various tasks and be ready and open to learn new skills
• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• You must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models
• Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude
