Job summary

B Street Collision in Overland Park, KS is hiring a Detailer to join our fast-paced shop. You will wash exteriors, vacuum interiors, and perform interior cleaning while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Buffing experience is a plus, and you will contribute to final quality checks to deliver a premium finish for every vehicle. We offer a steady, Monday–Friday schedule from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities to learn new skills and grow within a family-owned company that values team

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail makes a visible impact to the process.
• Ability to wash exterior of vehicle as well as vacuum and clean interior of vehicle
• Buffing experienced preferred but not required
• Complete final quality checks and take pride in your work to give each customer that "Wow" factor in every vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Assist the team with various tasks and be ready and open to learn new skills
• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• You must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models
• Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude

Responsibilities

• Detail exterior wash and interior cleaning to ensure quality.
• Perform buffing when required.
• Complete final quality checks and ensure customer wow factor.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Support team with various tasks and learn new skills.
• Adhere to 6:45AM–5:00PM Monday–Friday schedule.
• Lift and move parts up to 50 pounds.
• Operate with a valid driver's license.
• Work with multiple vehicle makes/models.
• Show attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
