Job summary

B Street Collision, a family‑owned auto body shop with 16 locations, is hiring a Detailer to join our fast‑paced team and help maintain our high standards. You’ll wash exteriors, vacuum interiors, and assist with final quality checks to give every vehicle the Wow factor.

You must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and stay Monday through Friday 6:45AM–5:00PM. We value attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to multitask and support a fast-paced shop environment.
• Team-based repair process requires collaboration and communication.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and follow shop standards.

Responsibilities

• Wash vehicle exteriors and vacuum interiors as part of the detailing process.
• Assist with final quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper tool storage.
• Support the team with various detailing tasks and learn new skills as assigned.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A DETAILER?

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail makes a visible impact to the process.
• Ability to wash exterior of vehicle as well as vacuum and clean interior of vehicle
• Buffing experienced preferred but not required
• Complete final quality checks and take pride in your work to give each customer that "Wow" factor in every vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Assist the team with various tasks and be ready and open to learn new skills
• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• You must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models
• Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude
