Job summary

VIVE Collision of Englishtown is hiring an Auto Body Tech in Englishtown, NJ. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range and opportunities to grow in a modern collision repair shop.

Pay is flat rate DOE, with pay varying based on experience, certifications, and location. VIVE Collision emphasizes training, strong support, and OEM repair standards for employee development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto body experience preferred.
• I-CAR or OEM training a plus.
• Ability to read estimates and follow written instructions.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs. and perform physical repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs.
• Complete light non-structural repairs (sanding, finishing, bumper work).
• Follow proper blueprinting and disassembly procedures.
• Identify additional damage and communicate with the estimator.
• Use proper safety equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.
