Job summary

VIVE Collision of Owego in Owego, NY is hiring an Auto Body Technician. This full-time role offers a flat-rate pay DOE, with pay varying by experience, certifications, and location, plus comprehensive training and real growth potential.

You will perform structural, body, and unibody repairs, follow OEM procedures, and read estimates. We invest in you with paid I-CAR & OEM certifications, modern equipment, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays, and uniforms/PPE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto body experience preferred.
• I-CAR or OEM training is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret repair estimates.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs.
• Complete light non-structural repairs (sanding, finishing, bumper work).
• Follow proper blueprinting and disassembly procedures.
• Identify additional damage and communicate with the estimator.
• Use proper safety equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.
