Job summary

Clark's Collision Center, Powered by VIVE Collision in Barre, VT is seeking an Auto Body Tech. The position offers a pay range of $60,000 to $120,000 annually plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified A-level technicians.

Training is paid, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of auto body experience, I-CAR or OEM training, and the ability to read estimates and follow instructions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto body experience preferred.
• I-CAR or OEM training a plus
• Ability to read estimates and follow written instructions
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 80 lbs. and perform physical repair tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs
• Complete light non-structural repairs (sanding, finishing, bumper work)
• Follow proper blueprinting and disassembly procedures
• Identify additional damage and communicate with the estimator
• Use proper safety equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area

Note: Pay may vary based on experience, certifications, and location.

Sign-on bonus of $10,000 is available only to candidates who meet the requirements of a qualified "A-Level" Technician. Bonus eligibility and payout schedule will be determined and discussed during the hiring process.
