Job summary

VIVE Collision of Lehigh Valley is seeking an experienced Auto Body Tech in Allentown, PA. This full-time role offers strong growth, paid training, and supportive leadership.

Expect competition and a comprehensive benefits package as you repair and restore vehicles to OEM standards. The position requires 5+ years of auto body experience, I-CAR or OEM training is a plus, and the ability to read estimates and follow written instructions.

Qualifications

• I-CAR or OEM training a plus.
• Ability to read estimates and follow written instructions.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs and perform physical repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs.
• Complete light non-structural repairs (sanding, finishing, bumper work).
• Follow proper blueprinting and disassembly procedures.
• Identify additional damage and communicate with the estimator.

What You’ll Do
