Job summary

VIVE Collision is seeking an Auto Body Collision Repair Technician in New Castle, DE. This full‑time role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $120,000 annually, with pay possibly hourly or flat rate depending on experience and location.

You’ll perform high‑quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs, with access to training paid by us and opportunities for growth across the company. We value reliability, quality, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto body experience preferred.
• I-CAR or OEM training a plus.
• Ability to read estimates and follow written instructions.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs.
• Complete light non-structural repairs (sanding, finishing, bumper work).
• Follow proper blueprinting and disassembly procedures.
• Identify additional damage and communicate with the estimator.
• Use proper safety equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.
