Job summary

The Boyd Group is hiring an Auto Body Technician in Enterprise, AL. You will assess, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore them to pre‑accident condition, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence.

You’ll disassemble and reassemble with attention to detail, aligning with KPI targets and brand standards. The role involves using cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, and pliers to produce frame-accurate repairs, lift heavy components, and ensure a pristine finish aligned with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan and repair workflow.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates using tools.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and repair glass.
• Weld and fit parts, repaint vehicles to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect for quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
