Haddad Collision Center in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a dedicated auto body appraiser to evaluate vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and coordinate with insurers and customers to ensure accurate and efficient service.

You will perform detailed inspections, prepare repair estimates with CCC One or Mitchell, work with a diverse team, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of repair standards. Competitive salary, health benefits, PTO, 401K, and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as auto body appraiser or similar role at a dealership or collision center.
• Strong understanding of auto body repairs, replacement parts, and estimating processes.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC One, Mitchell, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed inspections of vehicles to assess auto body damage.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive repair estimates using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, repair technicians, and customers to facilitate timely repairs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry repair standards and parts pricing.
• Document damage and repair processes thoroughly for internal and insurance records.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the appraisal process.
