Job summary

Haddad Collision Center in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a dedicated auto body appraiser to evaluate vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and coordinate with insurers and customers to ensure accurate and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as auto body appraiser or similar role at a dealership or collision center.
• Strong understanding of auto body repairs, replacement parts, and estimating processes.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC One, Mitchell, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of vehicles to assess auto body damage.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive repair estimates using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, repair technicians, and customers to facilitate timely repairs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry repair standards and parts pricing.
• Document damage and repair processes thoroughly for internal and insurance records.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the appraisal process.
