Murgado Automotive Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Center (BDC) Representative at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian, VA. You will handle inbound leads, nurture customer relationships, and schedule showroom and service appointments to support sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally via phone, email, and online chat.
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and encourage dealership visits.
• Schedule sales and service appointments for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, Vollie.
• Assist with various marketing and outreach efforts to generate new leads.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
