MileOne Autogroup is seeking a Business Development Coordinator Customer Service leader for Mercedes-Benz at our Silver Spring location. Lead a team focused on increasing service and parts traffic through calls, emails, chat, and texts, while ensuring customer satisfaction and professional conduct.

You will set appointment goals, analyze trends, provide training for coordinators, and generate regular reports to measure success in a fast-paced environment.
