Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Dealmaker to drive inventory sourcing and selling for dealer partners. You will monitor unsold auctions, negotiate and close deals across multiple channels while maintaining profitability.

The role requires strong negotiation, market insight, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet business objectives. Schedule includes late afternoon/evening hours and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Ability to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex deals successfully.
• Deep understanding of the automotive market.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor unsold auction opportunities to lead deal negotiations between buyer and seller dealer partners.
• Evaluate opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge to determine the best sales strategy.
• Drive sales through multiple channels of communication (text, phone, email, Slack).
• Meet or exceed all sales goals and KPIs.
• Document activities and strategies in Salesforce.
