You will collaborate with Buyers and Purchasing Managers and ensure quality, transparency, and efficiency in inventory management. Ideal candidates will deliver excellent customer service, maintain precise records, and communicate effectively across teams.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional customer service while following standardized processes.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate vehicle assessments documenting cosmetic and mechanical conditions.
• Ensure accurate optioning of vehicles during assessments and inventory updates.
• Capture high-quality images of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites.
• Complete vehicle secures and confirmations, verifying appraisal details.
• Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising.
• Collaborate with team members and onboard new associates.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean workspace.
