Job summary

Jordan Ford is looking for a full-time Accessories sales associate for our San Antonio location with knowledge of aftermarket truck and automotive accessories and/or Commercial/fleet aftermarket truck/van accessories.

Sell automobile accessories to customers who purchase vehicles from new and used departments, assist in selecting the right accessories, answer inquiries, and explain benefits. Coordinate with other sales staff and provide follow-up services to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Minimum one-year Sales experience.
• Ability to process basic math skills.
• Familiarity with software a plus.
• Strong attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Sell automobile accessories to customers who purchase vehicles from new and used departments.
• Assist customers in selecting the right accessories according to their needs.
• Answer and respond to customer inquiries regarding automobile accessories.
• Explain performance of the chosen accessory and its benefits to customers.
• Suggest alternative accessory in case the required accessory is not available.
• Keep abreast of new and the latest automobile products and accessories.
• Display automobile accessories in a store in an organized manner.
• Coordinate and assist other sales persons in the store.
• Provide follow-up services to customers to inspire repeat and referral business.
