Job summary

Toys For Trucks, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in the automotive aftermarket retail niche. You will guide customers through our extensive range of vehicle accessories, process transactions, and help with product presentation and stock management.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, strong attendance, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and opportunities for professional development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftermarket sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Expert sales processing: Recommend aftermarket accessories (hitches, wiring, tonneau covers, lift kits, suspension) and process sales.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships through understanding needs.
• Manage product ordering to ensure timely availability and handle deliveries and stock.
• Implement inventory control to optimize stock levels and ensure wide product availability.
• Create engaging merchandising displays to showcase product features and benefits.
• Process returns and prep merchandise while keeping showroom and restrooms pristine.
• Collaborate with the team to drive sales and ensure timely installation work and exceptional service.
