Job summary

Kaleidoscope Education Solutions is seeking a Special Education Teacher – Autistic Support in Philadelphia, PA to provide specialized instruction for elementary students with autism.

You will develop individualized learning plans, manage behavior with positive supports, collaborate with families and school staff, and document progress. This contracted role offers flexible scheduling and weekly compensation through Kaleidoscope's team of experienced therapists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certification (required).
• Experience supporting students with autism and/or behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction to elementary students with autism.
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans and goals.
• Manage classroom behavior using positive support strategies.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and school staff.
• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation.
