The role focuses on autism and life skills populations, coordinating IEP meetings, and delivering differentiated instruction to support academic, functional, social, and independent living skills. The position requires a Bachelor's in Special Education and PA certification, with experience in autism and life skills programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field.
Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certification with autism and life skills experience.
Strong knowledge of IEP development, case management, behavior Intervention strategies, and collaboration with school teams and families.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for high school students with autism and life skills needs.
Serve as the Case Manager by coordinating IEP meetings, maintaining compliance, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Deliver differentiated instruction that promotes academic, functional, social, and independent living skills.
Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust instructional strategies based on data.
Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that supports positive behavior and student success.
