The role focuses on autism and life skills populations, coordinating IEP meetings, and delivering differentiated instruction to support academic, functional, social, and independent living skills. The position requires a Bachelor's in Special Education and PA certification, with experience in autism and life skills programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certification with autism and life skills experience.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, case management, behavior Intervention strategies, and collaboration with school teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for high school students with autism and life skills needs.
• Serve as the Case Manager by coordinating IEP meetings, maintaining compliance, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver differentiated instruction that promotes academic, functional, social, and independent living skills.
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust instructional strategies based on data.
• Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that supports positive behavior and student success.
