Lebanon School District in Pennsylvania seeks a paraprofessional to support teachers and students in active classrooms, offering encouragement and a steady, kind presence. You’ll help create an inclusive, safe environment and assist with daily routines, movement through classrooms, and student engagement.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus an associate degree or 48 college credits or passing a PA DOE-approved test.
As a paraprofessional, you’ll encourage young learners, support teachers, and help students feel seen and capable—whether you’re guiding them through a lesson or just offering a smile when they need it. You’ll bring patience, kindness, and a steady presence to every day.
The work environment is lively and hands-on. You’ll spend your day in classrooms and hallways always moving and interacting with students and staff. Flexibility is important—no two days are exactly the same. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, kindness, and making school a welcoming place for every child.
