Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Cary, NC is seeking a Behavior Technician with a Bachelor’s degree to implement individualized treatment plans and help children build communication and social skills. The role follows a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with optional Saturday coverage and requires proof of degree during the hiring process.

Training is provided, and your RBT certification will be fully covered. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; provide degree proof (diploma or transcript) before offer.
• No experience necessary; paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Childcare, mental health, or health sciences backgrounds are a plus but not required.
