Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Saint John, IN seeks caring individuals to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills. The role offers full-time daytime hours Monday–Friday, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

No experience is required; paid training and full RBT certification are provided. Candidates with childcare or mental health experience are aPlus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• No experience necessary. We provide paid training and fully cover your RBT certification.
• Experience in childcare or mental health roles is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
