Action Behavior Centers in Roanoke, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children with autism. This full-time role offers predictable hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Training is provided, and your RBT certification is fully covered.

You’ll follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play, reading, and hands-on activities. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage with young children.
