Action Behavior Centers in Roanoke, TX is hiring a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor’s Degree to join our team. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and support children learning through play and structured activities.

We offer paid training, free RBT certification, and full-time daytime hours. No nights, with potential Saturdays based on patient needs and growth opportunities within the ABC family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in ABA or child therapy a plus but not required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
