Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring in Denver, CO to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years. You will follow treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play and activities.

No experience is required; paid training is provided and you’ll receive RBT certification coverage. Expect guaranteed full-time hours with growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required; degree depending on pay tier.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented and flexible to support nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on child growth and success.
• Reference a Behavior Technician demonstration video for guidance.
