Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center, LLC is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized therapy plans in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HS diploma required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and sustain physical activity as needed.
• Background check and drug test required at time of hire.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement therapy plans.
• Apply play-based and naturalistic therapy techniques in sessions.
• Document and track each child's development and progress.
