Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience with infant/young children with disabilities, including autism.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Current state or national certification/licensure in California; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide discipline-specific treatment for children with ASD or other diagnoses.
• Supervise and coach therapists and administrative staff; ensure program quality.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and maintain documentation.
