Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in North Tucson is seeking a Direct Support Professional with a Bachelor’s degree to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team to help kids build communication, social, and independent skills in a daytime, full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in childcare or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
