No prior experience is required; paid training is provided and ABC will cover RBT certification. A Bachelor's Degree is required, with immediate start dates and full-time daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• No experience necessary; paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Experience in childcare, mental health roles or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
