Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Spring, TX is seeking a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor's Degree. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following individualized treatment plans and collecting session data.

No prior experience is required; paid training and full coverage of your RBT certification are provided. You will join a supportive team with guaranteed full-time hours, 90% health insurance coverage, and opportunities for growth;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
